Please stay home if you have any symptoms of fever, cough, flu or difficulty breathing. If you have tested positive or have been in contact with someone who has, please stay home until you have tested negative.  You can do a Covid-19 self-assessment here.

In the studio we will have 2 HEPA filters running at all times. Windows will also be opened as the season allows. When we can, we will be outside on the deck (the favourite spot for many).

Please wear your mask until you are settled on your mat. Once on your mat, you may remove your mask (or not - totally up to you). Please remember to put your mask back on at the end of class before you leave your mat.

Hand sanitizer is at the entrance. You may take your own bottle to your mat to apply as you come in.

Small class size to allow for social distancing.

All touchable surfaces (including the floor) will be sanitized between classes.

Please bring your own mat & props. Any studio props that we need to use in class that you don't have will be sanitized between classes.
