A gentle way to get the body moving with a focus on mobility and joint & muscle health. A balanced and nourishing practice for the heart, mind and body. Accessible to all levels from beginner to experienced practitioner.
Mon, Tues AM
Start your day with a full body stretch and connect your mind, body and spirit. The intent of this class is to help clear your mind so you can focus and leave you feeling energized so you can take on your day feeling refreshed and renewed. This class is for all levels.
A focus on joint & muscle health in this strength building yoga class. Strong minds, strong bodies. We build a little bit of core integrity, leg & arm strength while also nourishing the nervous system. Think planks, leg scissors, some longer held Goddess poses before finding some nice lengthening stretches.
Let’s have some fun while we raise your heart rate and strengthen your body. We'll make the most of your time with this full-body workout. Each class will include a warm-up, low impact cardio, strength component, core work and stretch. Before you know it, the hour will be over and you'll feel like you were at a party!

Wed Evening, Sunday AM
A slow flow yoga class. Candlelit with flowing movement, this class will call to those looking for a nourishing and calming class while still exploring flowing movement from mat to standing.
Shake off the stress of the day with this flowing yoga session. The intent of this class is to help you wind down, get the blood circulating within your body, stretch out tight muscles, improve your mobility and bring peace into your evening.
Let your body be supported with soft bolsters, blocks and cozy blankets while the mind is invited to slow down. Gently place warmed basalt stones anywhere you hold tension during deeply soothing restorative poses. The warmed stones melt away physical and emotional tension, allowing you to relax and restore.
Undo the busyness of your day and promote a good night sleep with this soothing yin session. This class is very meditative and includes fewer yoga poses that are very gentle on your body. Yin Yoga helps to calm your nervous system to prepare you for rest. You may want to come in your pyjamas so you can go home and go directly to bed.
